The rising pop starlet is the daughter of one of the best guitarists of all time, the iconic Carlos Santana, and carries a similar vitality for creation in her own life and artistry. Since emerging in the middle of the last decade, she has released a debut album&nbsp;<em>Selfish<\/em>&nbsp;back in 2016, and has followed that up with a series of impressive, vibrant single offerings such as \u201cMy Summer Time\u201d and \u201cAll The Time\u201d. She has now returned for a first offering since 2021; showcasing her progression as a musician and creation, \u201cHighways\u201d is a strong comeback single.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First written four years ago, the track maintains its nuance and impact. With an air of mystery surrounding the textured instrumental that comes courtesy of multi-platinum, Grammy-nominated Nico Farmakalidis (NicoTheOwl) and Danish producer Malthe Guldberg, there is an intriguing and infectious atmosphere created across the soundscape, which Santana sublimely floats across the palette.
